The Paragon 700 Bar is the most beautiful and longest bar in Val d’Itria since 2020. It is part of the Paragon Hotel and yet even this is unique, open to guests from outside. This gives a metropolitan flair, which is inspiring, especially if you live here for a longer time. The drinks are of a high standard and besides the classics, there is a special house collection, the “signature drinks”. In the summer the bar extends into the courtyard, where you can end a summer evening with a drink on a catwalk. The bar also offers coffee, matcha and teas and drinks throughout the day, which you might miss in Puglia. The drinks are accompanied by Apulian tapas in the evening, which makes you curious about the Restaurant 700.
